  • Manage internal project teams and external relationships with clients and subconsultants for a wide range of project types from master planning and conceptual design through construction documentation.
  • Develop and coordinate facets of project design from conceptual design (sketches, illustrative graphics, 3D-Models, renderings) through implementation
  • Oversee construction documentation, bidding, and construction administration.
  • Participate in marketing and business development efforts. Contribute to crafting proposals and interviewing for new work including building subconsultant teams, contribute to developing work plans, writing project approach and understandings, scope-of-work documents and contracts.
