Responsibilities

  • Automation of key daily processes in the DMFI operations team
  • Identify and drive process improvement opportunities to improve front to back efficiency and controls
  • Process full trade flow lifecycle, from capture to settlement with associated exception management
  • Daily TO controls and assisting with T+1 cash, position, and trade reconciliations with brokers, custodians, and other vendors
  • Support with trade bookings, reporting, P&L enquiries, compliance protocols, confirmation processing
  • Constant engagement with trading desk, PMs, risk, compliance, financing, technology, and other internal teams
  • Static data management across internal and external vendors to ensure seamless data flow
  • Self-starter and independent worker with strong sense of ownership, capable of delivering, driving, and shaping results and to meet deadlines under pressure
  • Develop relationships with key external service providers, ensuring oversight of outsourced processes and optimizing working relationships
