Responsibilities

  • Managing relationships with your customers, including keeping in regular contact with them about our products always maintaining a customer-focused mindset.
  • Prospecting new customers by telephone, looking after email contacts and walk-ins.
  • Maintaining our state-of-the-art customer contact system with up-to-date and accurate records.
  • Ensure product knowledge is kept up-to-date and relevant.
  • Provide exceptional customer service which leads to customer loyalty and referrals.
  • Operation of the full sales process from initial enquiry through to customer retention.
