Requirements

  • Basis ist eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung.
  • Anschließend konntest du bereits fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Supply Chain, vorzugsweise im Lager sammeln.
  • Idealerweise verfügst du bereits über einen Staplerführerschein.
  • Du hast ein gutes Auge fürs Detail, arbeitest mit hoher Genauigkeit und bist sehr gut organisiert.
  • Du überzeugst durch hervorragende Planungsfähigkeiten, bist lösungsorientiert sowie teamfähig und kannst gut Prioritäten in deiner Arbeit setzen.
  • Die gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen (insbesondere MS-Excel) sind dir vertraut, ebenso wie das Arbeiten mit einem ERP-System.
  • Du kommunizierst sicher und überzeugend auf Deutsch und Englisch, sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich.

Responsibilities

  • Du bist für die Kontrolle und Bestandsverwaltung einschließlich der vollständigen Transparenz der Lieferkette verantwortlich.
  • Du hast alle Bestände stets im Blick und überprüfst die Genauigkeit praktisch im Lager als auch im ERP-System.
  • Es kommt zu Systemdiskrepanzen? Dann führst du Ursachenanalysen durch und setzt Präventivstrategien um, wo diese benötigt werden.
  • Du stellst sicher, dass Liefertermine, Vorlaufzeiten und die erforderlichen Mengen stets korrekt sind. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit den Kolleg:innen im Lager, der Qualitätskontrolle und Produktion zusammen.
  • Auch das regelmäßige Bestandscontrolling durch eine permanente Überprüfung der Planung gehört zu deinen Aufgaben. Ebenso wie die Organisation und Durchführung der jährlichen Inventur.
  • Zusätzlich unterstütz du aktiv die jährliche Volumenzusage und wirkst beim strategischen Volumenplanungsprozess mit.
  • Dein Wissen gibst du gerne an andere weiter: Du schulst das Team, damit die Planung auch in deiner Abwesenheit reibungslos weiterläuft.
