Requirements

  • Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with 9+ years of related experience or a Master's degree with 7+ years of related experience. An additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Must have a Secret Clearance, and be able to obtain TS/SCI.
  • Record of applying systems engineering and digital engineering/MBSE methods with creative thought leadership to develop revolutionary digital engineering solutions across commercial, defense, federal civilian, or national security customer groups.
  • Domain knowledge about defense, space, or information technology.
  • Engagement with the larger community (Industry, Government, and Academia) to stay updated with the latest trends and emerging technologies, approaches, methods, and techniques to enhance digital engineering capabilities.
  • Mentorship abilities for training others on our solutions and standards, as well as supporting proposals and business development activities.
  • Demonstrated presentation and writing skills.
  • Intermediate/Advanced experience using enterprise modeling tools (e.g. Cameo/Magic Draw) to model complex systems using SysML.
  • Broad systems engineering experience (e.g. system architecture and design, systems documentation, system requirements, CONOPS, systems verification).
  • Experience in giving presentations and interfacing with USAF customers.
  • Experience with ICBM weapon systems.
  • Desired Skills and Qualifications:
  • OMG Certified System Modeling Professional (OSCMP).
  • Experience leading SE teams through all phases of the systems engineering lifecycle using Digital Engineering (MBSE).
  • Knowledge of DODI 5000.02 and JCIDS process.
  • Practical experience with IEEE 15288.
  • INCOSE Certification (ASEP, CSEP, or ESEP) dependent on experience.
  • Experience or familiarity with the administration of Model Based Engineering tools.

Responsibilities

  • - Leverage your Systems Engineering and MBSE experience to support the USAF by developing, implementing, and deploying Digital Engineering solutions.
  • - Improve our current platform, capture requirements, facilitate discussions, and enhance the digital engineering culture.
  • - Engage with other engineers, fostering understanding and assisting in developing Engineering, Integration, and Logistics work products.
