Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple disciplines, serve as a subject matter expert, and technical resource for all disciplines and related program activities, including active participation in each of the discipline’s quality improvement and assurance activities and managing unique problems that are abstract in nature and span across all disciplines.
  • Define project elements and processes required to meet the Program needs, along with participating in and coordinating preparation of bids and promoting and maintaining client relationships.
  • Oversee performance to contracts through shared planning and monitoring of work orders and deliverables with engineering, construction, and all disciplines.
  • Lead projects, including major projects with complex elements and a broad scope of responsibilities.
  • Coordinate with project management to execute project plans and directly supervise the teams' design and technical delivery.
  • Promote and maintain client relationships through all project phases, including presenting directly to the client on technical and design solutions.
  • Recommend and implement strategies in support of long-term goals and objectives.
  • Serve as a thought leader inside and outside the firm.
  • Lead the development and application of standard operating procedures and technical requirements for projects and discipline deliverables.
  • The specific discipline leaders of the Moving I-4 Forward Program will report to this Program Design Leader under the Program Development Team.
