Responsibilities

  • Quality Inspections and attestation of work orders
  • Optimization of Inspection activities, fast response to quality issues
  • Process Improvement, Investigations and root cause analysis
  • Foreign object damage prevention
  • Opening / Closure of Non conformities where appropriate and support to the shop floor providing expertise in Q issues
  • Configuration control: throughout the production cycle of the aircraft, monitor and resolve configuration discrepancies between as built and as designed.
  • Design Mods: assure implementation iaw defined procedures.
  • Aircraft Delivery Documentation: compile and certify documentation generated in CCMD or supporting departments, for complete aircraft and major components.
  • Delivery Process: act as focal point in front of the customer for aircraft documentation presentation and issues.
  • Build up and conformity of the Aircraft Inspection Report of all A/C of MRTT Programmes for delivery to customer
  • Support to production staff as Q engineer in production line, FL and deliveries
