Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a business strategy to grow the Microsoft Business Applications(CRM) practice including expanding service offerings, acquiring new clients, and nurturing existing client relationships
  • Through your leadership and management skills, you will motivate and develop a high-performing team of Dynamis and Power App Experts, while also collaborating with other practice areas within the firm to identify cross-selling opportunities and deliver integrated solutions to clients
  • Lead pre-sales activities, including scoping engagements, participating in sales presentations, and developing proposals and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery of projects
  • With your in-depth subject matter expertise, you will advise our customers in developing their roadmap, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their business objectives leveraging the Dynamics 365 and Power platform stack
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and objectives, and design and implement solutions that address those requirements
  • Mentor and provide leadership to a team of consultants, architects and developers.
  • Oversee and guide the delivery of Bus. App. programmes, ensuring that our team maintains a relentless focus on delivering quality solutions that meet our client’s needs
  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices
