What is the role of an Acquisitions Associate in the MSIM Infrastructure Partners program?
The Acquisitions Associate will work closely with senior members of the MSIP team to analyze new investment opportunities, manage existing portfolio companies, conduct research, build financial models, produce investment memoranda, coordinate due diligence, track prospective deals, and monitor portfolio performance.
What prior experience is required for this position?
Candidates should have 1-2 years of previous experience in investment banking or private equity. Experience in the power, energy, telecom, transport, or general infrastructure sectors is a plus.
