What are the working hours for the Multi Skilled Housekeeper position?
The working hours are between 7am - 3pm when working on the wards and 10am - 6pm when working within the kitchen. You will be working 5 days out of 7, which includes weekends on a rota basis.
Is previous experience required for this role?
Relevant cleaning and catering experience is desirable but not essential. Full training will be provided for all aspects of the role.
What qualifications do I need for this position?
A basic food hygiene certificate is desirable but not essential. Training will be provided regarding food preparation, cleaning protocols, and health and safety requirements.
What type of tasks can I expect to perform in this role?
You will be responsible for preparing and serving meals, cleaning patient rooms, communal areas, and offices, as well as performing discharge cleans and deep cleans. You will also use an HPV machine and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
