Responsibilities

  • Embody Patch Values: Demonstrate commitment to Patch Values in every aspect of work and interaction.
  • Phone Assessment: Place phone calls to designated bank branches following the specific scenarios provided.
  • Evaluation Criteria: Assess how effectively bank representatives connect with you as a potential customer.
  • Product Promotion: Evaluate the presentation and promotion of Kasasa Powered Checking and Savings account programs.
  • Report Accuracy: Complete detailed and objective reports based on your interactions.
  • Adherence to Guidelines: Follow mystery shopping guidelines and protocols provided.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success and growth of the Retail Design & Delivery Team and organization.
