Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design, development, and delivery of technology consulting engagements; supporting with solution designs, implementation plans and costing estimations.
  • Leverage strong written and verbal communication skills to document and present customer-facing information to a high standard.
  • Support the identification of potential business development opportunities, collaborating with your team to help qualify, develop, and close new opportunities.
  • Apply a continuous learning and development mindset to your work, investing time and effort into building your knowledge, skills and understanding of industry best-practice and emerging technologies.
  • Conduct research and generate insights to help translate customer needs into leading-edge technology consulting solutions.
  • Leverage standard methodologies, tools and processes to test and evaluate solutions, both during and post implementation.
  • Take ownership of your own actions and accountabilities, seeking guidance from more experienced team members to support your development and contribute to the delivery of agreed outcomes.
  • Proactively identify and seek to mitigate risks and issues to service delivery, escalating to more senior team members when additional support is required to resolve problems.
  • Leverage sound inter-personal skills to build relationships and credibility with key internal (i.e., Sales, Delivery and Project teams) and external (i.e., customers, technology vendors) stakeholders.
