  • Founder-like ownership of all things Go-To-Market for your product with a heavy emphasis on marketing.. Consider yourself the product’s CMO, responsible for unlocking and driving your new product’s growth.
  • Work alongside the CMO, Growth Marketing and Product Marketing teams, Product Management and Sales.
  • Develop and execute new out-of-the-box experiments to deliver, target, and run marketing campaigns that drive direct revenue impact.
  • Conceptualize and test new experimental campaigns that can help drive revenue at higher efficiency as we scale
  • Engage with a fast-growing sales team to ensure your growth efforts convert into real opportunities down the funnel
  • Analyze and optimize on lower-funnel metrics to ensure campaign ROI improves as it scales
  • Partner with Product Management to drive growth strategy.

What will be my main responsibilities as a New Products, Growth Manager at Verkada?

Your main responsibilities will include crafting Go-To-Market strategy and growth-hack campaigns for new product lines, identifying key growth levers to scale product growth, executing on product growth strategies through campaigns, and building a startup within a startup to drive revenue growth until the product reaches $100M+ in annual sales.
