If you are successful during the recruitment process, you will be trained for 2 weeks in our already-established Pitsea Retail Park McDonalds right across the road! This means you will have a good understanding of all our different stations and start working through your MyWelcome Journey ready to be transferred to our new store, Basildon Pitsea Northland McDonalds! Exact dates will be confirmed during your interview process.
