Responsibilities

  • The programme takes your input into account; combining your interests with areas where your contribution will make the most impact.
  • The programme includes highly personalised mentoring, regular seminars with senior managers and key staff, social events and opportunities to participate in the firm’s charitable activities.
  • At any time you’ll be working on one or two projects, with direct business impact, in a supportive team that values open communication.

Application Process

  • Initial screening; if your CV passes the initial screening, we will conduct an initial technical screen through Codility.
  • Technical Assessment; Successful candidates will be sent a virtual task to complete for which you will get one hour to complete followed by a 20-minute call with a member of the team..
  • Presentation interview; Successful candidates will be asked to virtually present on a project of your choosing.
  • Assessment Centre; If you make it to the next stage you will be invited to the office for a series of interviews. This is the final stage of the process.
  • Offers and Feedback; We appreciate the time and effort you will have put into your application and, whatever the result, we can offer you feedback on your application.
