Responsibilities

  • Utilizar tus capacidades en el ámbito del conocimiento de los productos y del servicio excepcional al cliente para ofrecer las experiencias de una marca premium a nuestros clientes.
  • Ayudar a nuestro equipo de leaders y coaches a formar personal nuevo.
  • Apoyar a varios departamentos de la tienda (por ejemplo, trabajar en la caja registradora, gestionar bienes que llegan o que se envían, reponer productos en la sala de ventas o diseñar exhibidores) y recomendar productos adecuados para alcanzar los objetivos de ventas.
  • Usar tu conocimiento sobre dispositivos digitales para conectar las ventas online y offline o los servicios en tienda.
  • Informar a los clientes y a los nuevos trabajadores de los productos y servicios NIKE.
  • Mejorar tus propios conocimientos con nuestras herramientas y cursos de formación para estar al día y encontrar más información sobre tendencias de ventas, productos NIKE, servicios y cultura de la empresa.
