What qualifications are required for the Non-Executive Director roles?
We are looking for candidates with significant clinical skills and experience for one role and a sound knowledge of NHS finance for the other. Previous Board-level experience is desirable but not essential.

Yes, one Non-Executive Director will be a member of the Quality Governance Committee and take on the role of Board Maternity Safety Champion. The other will be a member of the Finance and Performance Committee and will eventually chair this committee.
