What is the duration of the Nurse Clinician/Nurse Educator position?
This is a Temporary Full Time position for 12 months.
What qualifications are required for this position?
Candidates must have a current certificate of registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO), a graduate of a CNO-approved bachelor’s degree in nursing program, a minimum of 5 years of recent experience in women's health and/or perinatal nursing, as well as Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification and a Fetal Health Surveillance certificate.
Is there a preference for additional qualifications?
Yes, preferred qualifications include a Masters of Nursing, clinical experience in high-risk obstetrical nursing, NRP instructor-level certification, Fetal Health Surveillance instructor-level certification, and certification in Perinatal Nursing.
