  • Plan and provide a balanced curriculum for all the child in your care, whilst introducing new cultures and to broaden childrens experiences.
  • Have the ability to help children to respect people of different race, ability, religion, gender and culture. Treat all children as individuals.
  • Have an commitment and passion to caring and nurturing children to have the best childcare experience at Tweenies.
  • Have a positive approach and an ability to set appropriate limits and boundaries for the children.
  • Work as part of a team alongside other nursery staff ensuring high quality childcare at all times.
  • Discuss any concerns about children or their parents with your Senior Nursery Practitioner or Nursery Management team.
  • Seek help and advice from Senior Nursery Practitioners.
