  • A diverse caseload with assessment and treatment of clients funded by WSIB with complex musculoskeletal, TBI and mental health challenges
  • Flexibility to work in person or virtually, with the ability to structure your schedule to meet your needs and the needs of your clientele
  • Creating and implementing holistic, individualized treatment plans based on critical analysis and clinical reasoning
  • Managing caseload in a fast-paced multidisciplinary work environment
  • Participating in case conferences and case management
  • Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team of clinicians and various stakeholders
  • Preceptorship/co-preceptorship of Occupational Therapy students
