  • Filing at regular intervals
  • Opening new instructions accurately and within service standards, inputting data and preparing initial letters and documents
  • Distributing post and action workflow requirements in our case management
  • Supporting case handlers with administrative tasks and action work as delegated by the Section Lead / Supervisor
  • Telephoning agents/third parties and preparing relevant papers and documentation for case handlers
  • Provide telephone support and deal with client enquiries in the case handlers absence
  • General photocopying and preparation of court bundles and documents
  • Ensure work issues or problems are reported immediately to Section Leads / Supervisors
  • File closing
