Responsibilities

  • Organiser l’onboarding des nouveaux arrivants (calendrier, déplacements, welcome breakfast…)
  • Veiller à ce que le bureau soit toujours un endroit agréable, propre, bien rangé et accueillant, être force de proposition pour conserver un cadre épanouissant
  • S’assurer que les bureaux soient conformes aux réglementations en matière de santé et sécurité, organiser les formations en matière de sécurité, et être le point de contact de Snapdesk, notre prestataire office
  • Réceptionner, gérer, dispatcher le courrier quotidiennement
  • Être le référent de la politique de voyages et de dépenses, contrôler que les règles soient comprises et appliquées (nous utilisons Navan)
  • Être le premier soutien à tous les salariés pour les questions d’ordre général
  • Créer et déployer une roadmap happiness (semaine QVT, animations bien-être, événements sportifs…)
  • Mettre en place des évènements et activités pour améliorer l’épanouissement et l’engagement des salariés tels que des team buildings, des déjeuners d’équipe, des afterworks…
  • Être un réel soutien aux managers dans l’organisation d’événements d’équipe
  • Piloter les campagnes d’engagement surveys, analyser les résultats, proposer des actions et suivre le déploiement de celles-ci
  • Favoriser la communication et développer le lien social entre collaborateurs
  • Développer des initiatives groupes en lien avec les autres offices managers
  • Trouver n'importe quelle occasion pour célébrer ou décorer !
  • Être le rayon de soleil du bureau, diffuser de bonnes vibrations et être au plus proche des équipes
