Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests, candidates, and new hires as well as conduct office tours to first time visitors
  • Monitor and supply office materials and food/beverage supplies
  • Plan, manage, communicate and oversee in-office events including any catering for office lunches/meetings
  • May coordinate messages, appointments, information to callers, file maintenance, department office supplies and mail
  • Plan and manage local off-site events
  • Manage and maintain the office environment, ensuring it follows brand standards and is clean and presentable
  • Oversee ongoing maintenance of our facilities and repairs
  • Implement and ensure office safety procedures and OSHA compliance
  • Maintain and manage emergency response documentation and testing schedule, safety and evacuation plans, workplace violence plans
  • Collaborate and manage relationships with vendors, and manage the procurement approval process where necessary
  • Drive efficiency in office procedures and processes, while maintaining workplace excellence through reporting, account management, and documentation upkeep
  • Oversee routine employee service requests, maintenance and cleaning tasks to team members ensuring that day-to-day requests are prioritized and completed in a timely manner
  • Identify and implement cost-saving strategies, and manage to the budget provided
  • Be an ambassador for company culture, including planning and executing office culture events
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure that company values and culture are integrated into daily office operations
  • Foster strong internal and external relationships, effectively collaborating across all organizational levels to understand their needs and ensure our workplace supports their objectives
