Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or related fields. Master’s degree will be an advantage.
  • ATD, or CIPD certification will be added advantage.
  • 5 years of experience in Learning and Development, 3 years in preferably in a senior role, Healthcare experience in UAE will be an advantage.
