Responsibilities

  • Growing understanding of Omnichannel system architecture based on SAP, Microsoft and other software systems
  • Support the implementation of new software solutions in close collaboration with Global IT
  • Conduct all testing phases incl. execution of cross-functional acceptance tests before hand-over to business users
  • Work in close contact with business counterparts to flag and solve bugs
  • Continuous improvement of test scripts and test approaches
  • Share best practices within the omnichannel team
  • Support changes, bring in own ideas and identify improvement fields
  • Focus as a process expert in one of our diverse areas, e.g. e-Commerce, Retail, Sales & Merchandising
