Responsibilities

  • Insight Generation: You will analyze data to identify trends and insights that can be used to make business decisions. You will be in charge of building data products to align multiple channels and funnels (activation, retention and support funnel).
  • Project Management: You will define the scope for large and complex projects, set roadmaps, and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management: You will work closely with stakeholders across Operations, including Product and AI automation, Customer Support and Success and strategy to understand their data needs and provide insights and decision support.
  • Talent Development: You will be responsible for developing the skills of team members, and providing training and mentorship to help them grow in their roles.
