  • College or higher degree in sciences
  • Advanced knowledge in planning of many projects in short timeframe and be able to work in environment with high level of changes.
  • Knowledge of execution of bioanalysis project in CRO environment and experience with staffing logistics are an asset.

  • Responsible for forecast revenue for the LBA department on a weekly basis or as needed.
  • Provides financial information as required to Finance
  • Responsible for maintaining regular communication between departments regarding operational issues
  • Responds to any questions from finance regarding forecast or revenue recognition
  • Ensures that all additional work and material is captured and communicated to PM for contract amendments
  • Reviews and updates assay list for the department
  • Updates and maintains the department project schedule as required
  • Proposes and communicates timelines to BD for upcoming studies based on project schedules after confirming dates with Operations
  • Keep up to date front end file, weather report and ensure that all missing information has been communicated to BD and PM for resolution
  • Report on KPIs periodically (if applicable) and follow through with investigation as required
  • Proactively identify project roadblocks and manage subsequent issue tracking / resolution.
  • Assist in LBA laboratory schedule for Analysts based on ongoing/ upcoming projects and according to project priorities as defined by Operations
  • Enforce processes, standards, and quality, ensuring teams are accountable for operating in line with Altasciences’s long-term vision and strategic priorities
  • Responsible to work closely with other departments to ensure appropriate software and schedules are accurate
  • Where multiple studies are ongoing for the same method, recommends optimization of the schedules in order to ensure appropriate staffing
  • Perform any other duties as required
