Requirements

  • Provide findings and recommendations for execution by operational teams and executives
  • Support day-to-day operations and promote a data-driven decision-making culture
  • Conduct training of team members to maximize their potential
  • Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills
  • Be part of a fast-paced industry and organization where time to market is critical
  • Be willing to work alternative hours (e.g. work in the evenings to connect with teams based in different jurisdictions)
