Requirements

  • - Under strict supervision, assists senior operators and/or performs frac-specific job roles (e.g., proppant, chemicals, blenders, QA/QC, etc...).
  • - Learns basic operations to include but not limited to: performing pre/post job equipment inspections, performing and completing preventative maintenance procedures and operating support equipment (e.g., proppant handling, fluid tanks, suction manifolding, discharge manifold equipment, etc.).
  • - Completes requisite training and demonstrates competency as defined for current and next level.
  • - Assists in assembly and preparation of equipment for installation and service.
  • - Assists in the clean up, repair, and preparation for the next job.
  • - Exhibits safety awareness and environmental consciousness and complies with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations.
  • - Participates in quality and continuous improvement processes.
  • - Reading comprehension and writing skills are required.
  • - Basic computer skills and the ability to perform basic mathematical calculations are preferred.
  • - Skills are acquired through on-the-job training and 3-6 months experience as an Operator Asst I.
  • - Requires completion of a high school diploma or equivalent.
