Responsibilities

  • Bewaakt, controleert, bedient en optimaliseert de werking van installaties, deelsystemen en componenten; test periodiek de veiligheid hiervan volgens procedures.
  • Neemt installaties, deelsystemen en/of componenten in en uit bedrijf en past, in overleg met (Assistant) Shift Leader, de bedrijfsvoering aan. Analyseert storingen en heft deze op.
  • Verricht kleinschalig procestechnisch onderhoud.
  • Assisteert bij installatie- en procesconditiemetingen en bij het analyseren van de resultaten hiervan; neemt bevindingen door met de (Assistant) Shift Leader Operations inzake eventuele wijzigingen of aanpassingen op de bedrijfsvoering.
  • Rapporteert aan de (Assistant) Shift Leader omtrent het gevoerde bedrijf.
  • Werkt volgens de procedure Veilig Werken en ziet toe op de toepassing van deze procedure m.b.t. derden. Controleert deze werkzaamheden.
  • Optimaliseert het stookproces inclusief de inzet van (bij)stookproducten, met inachtname van de kwaliteit van de bijproducten.
  • De werkzaamheden worden verricht in een 5 ploegen dienst (Ploeggrootte 10 personen).
