Area of Responsibilities



  • Maintain team calendars and project schedules.
  • Read, route, and process incoming and outgoing mail and business correspondence.
  • Compose and type routine correspondence, prepare and update spreadsheets, and create presentation material.
  • Coordinate and arrange meetings and luncheons, prepare agendas, take notes, reserve and prepare facilities.
  • Order and maintain supplies and arrange for equipment maintenance.
  • Assist with data maintenance and reporting which could include, but not limited to: Peoplesoft, LMS, PDM.
  • Organize and maintain documentation following the Document Control Process.
  • Open Project numbers in Peoplesoft and PDM system.
  • Arrange and coordinate travel schedules and reservations.
  • Project Team expense report generation.
  • Booking/Managing training and 3rd party course assignments .
  • Provide Admin support to OPG Senior Management.
