  • The Organizational Development Professional supports training and development, e-learning, competency management, and performance management.
  • Coordinates and facilitates training and professional development programming for leaders and Mission Partners.
  • Helps develop and coordinate e-learning opportunities.
  • Assists with competency management, development, and assessment.
