What is the role of the Organizational Development Specialist?
The Organizational Development Specialist assists in creating, building, maturing, and changing existing content to steer the DC3 mission, facilitates change management, and implements organizational development strategies that support various stakeholders.
What qualifications are required for this position?
Candidates must be U.S. citizens with an active/current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility. They also require either an Associate's degree with 7+ years of experience, a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience, a Master's degree with 3+ years of experience, or a PhD with no experience. Additional relevant experience may substitute for formal education.

Yes, desired certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Six Sigma Certification.
