Responsibilities

  • Support the ongoing organizational transformation and workforce transition at the Whiteshell Restoration Project by providing expert guidance and implementing key initiatives.
  • The Sr. SME will focus on driving change management, enhancing organizational culture, and ensuring the smooth transition of employees throughout the project lifecycle.
  • The SME will facilitate the development and execution of change management strategies, cultural enhancement programs, and employee transition plans.
  • The Sr. SME will facilitate knowledge transfer within the Whiteshell Restoration Project organization to ensure the sustainability of transformation efforts.

  • Their primary responsibilities will include supporting organizational transformations, assist the company through periods of change with resilience and adaptability.
