Responsibilities

  • P&C responsibility for core functional areas, directly supporting Senior leaders and their direct management teams in all strategic and tactical P&C-related topics and assignments
  • Advise and coach managers on organizational design, Talent development, employee life circle, culture and performance
  • Provide effective resolution to employee relations issues in accordance with labor law and local agreements
  • Contribute to the realization of our Talent & Leadership agenda leading to an inclusive and diverse working culture
  • Grow our people pipeline through your contribution to the development, succession planning, and retention of our great talents
  • Take part in budget discussion and workforce planning, and are to collaborate with the local works council
