Responsibilities

  • Responsible for service delivery to internal and external customers and key collaborators across the P2P process for Amgen India.
  • Partner with functional leads and super users to understand requirements and priorities impacting the P2P process at Amgen India.
  • Drive key partner satisfaction through identifying and implementing continuous improvement and value opportunities.
  • Handle issues and drive concerns as needed including proper resolution. Partner with the Procure to Pay operations team to develop interim and more permanent solutions, as needed.
  • Support projects to drive improvements across the P2P process. Engage the right key collaborators to help drive successful delivery.
  • Understand the change impacts to the end users at Amgen India of all changes across Procure to Pay (Process & Technology) to develop and implement an effective change management plan.
  • Deliver all relevant P2P communications to Amgen India key collaborators, including conducting local update calls to end users and setting strategy for end user engagement.
  • Partner with other regional service delivery owners to deliver on global improvement projects.
  • Provide Metrics & Reporting analytics to regional finance teams to ensure tracking of service quality and staff performance markers are in range of expectations.
  • Ensure compliance to internal and external policies, regulations and laws within the Procure to Pay process.
  • Deliver support and training to local key collaborators on the global Procure to Pay process.
  • Lead a team of approximately 6 staff (full time employees and contingent workers) to deliver P2P site support as well as product fixes / enhancements to P2P systems.
