Responsibilities

  • Work with third party agencies to develop, implement, and manage paid media plans and creative across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn etc).
  • Monitor and optimise campaigns to deliver maximum Return On Investment, ensuring paid digital campaigns are tracked end to end.
  • Adopt an always on test strategy, considering ad copy, creative and landing page optimisation.
  • Analyse and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve results.
  • Collaborate with the ECS Marketing Team to align paid media plans with overall marketing objectives.
