Responsibilities

  • - Provide essential support to the fee earners in the team, to ensure all of our clients are provided with an outstanding service, by understanding their needs and delivering this in a cost effective manner, dealing with a range of property litigation matters.
  • - Be fully involved in all aspects of litigation, including the preparation of Court papers, preparing correspondence that is generated as a matter progresses and speaking to clients and third parties by telephone.
  • - Provide complete management of files, taking instructions from senior members of the team and clients, whilst taking instructions to ensure that procedures are effectively handled.
