What type of cases will the Paralegal be handling?
The Paralegal will initially manage a caseload of Small Claim cases, including personal and commercial contract dispute cases, acting for both Claimants and Defendants.
What experience or qualifications are preferred for this role?
Candidates with an LLB/GDL or LPC, ILEX, or equivalent experience are preferred. Knowledge or understanding of contract law and the litigation process is ideal, but not essential.
Is there an opportunity for professional development?
