  • As well as knowledge of Employment Law and Employment Tribunal (ET) Procedure, we are looking for law graduates (Law degree or common professional examination/Graduate Diploma in law or experience of equivalent standing), who can demonstrate an empathetic and persuasive approach to client care in a legal environment.

Responsibilities

  • - Assist in the management/running of large-scale group litigation
  • - Calculate losses
  • - Attend on clients and witnesses
  • - Undertake legal research
  • - Attend tribunals and the EAT
  • - Assist on/potentially manage straightforward employment advice and/or representation matters under supervision
  • - Deal with unfair dismissals, wages claims, settlement agreements, etc.
