You will also need to show that you have the skills to work closely with various stakeholders and have direct contact with clients.

Responsibilities

Managing your own caseload from inception to conclusion, exercising professional judgement with regard to established Clarke Wilmott case management system and client protocols.
Liaising with clients and taking part in client meetings.
Liaising with counsel, the court and third parties on a regular basis.
Assisting with casework and case file management.
Drafting legal documents (with supervision).
Preparing bundles for trial.
Assisting with the billing process and client take on
Conducting legal research on occasion as requested.
This role is both a fee-earning role and administrative role as there are administrative aspects to the role required in providing high quality and pro-active support to the Family team.
It is an integral part of this role that you comply with information security and all firm policies and procedure
