Essential duties include supporting Legal Department members, liaising on contractual matters, reviewing and tracking Certificates of Insurance, managing legal finances and budgets, managing project documentation, handling contract management, tracking Continuing Legal Education requirements, taking meeting notes, and managing the Legal Department’s calendar.
