  • Experience/Education Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience working for a law firm or in-house legal department, preferably in a corporate or transactional setting.

  • Previous experience with a professional sports team or in the entertainment industry a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Primary support for all members of the Legal Department (including multiple attorneys, a risk manager, and interns).
  • Liaise with internal departments on contractual matters.
  • Initial review and tracking of third-party Certificates of Insurance.
  • Track all Legal Department finances and budget (including law firm billings, vendor invoices, and department expenses).
  • Project tracking and document management (using NetDocuments platform).
  • Signature and contract management (using DocuSign and Ironclad platforms).
  • Track Continuing Legal Education requirements for VP & General Counsel and Associate General Counsel.
  • Take notes and prepare Minutes from meetings.
  • Calendar management for the Legal Department.
