Responsibilities

  • As a paralegal you will support a team of experienced lawyers gaining experience in a variety of interesting work. You will assist with a range of general administration tasks to keep the team organised, but you will also gain experience and understanding of client work and develop your skills as a lawyer.
  • Working under supervision and guidance, you will be able to take responsibility for progressing transactions like the following:
  • Assisting in housing condition claims brought by tenants.
  • Liaising with colleagues, clients, courts and opposing representatives.
  • Assisting in drafting pleadings and witness statements in support of applications brought in the County Court.
  • You will soon become an integral part of this highly regarded team, playing a key part in delivering an excellent level of service to our clients and building your legal career accordingly.
  • It is an integral part of this role that you comply with data security and all firm policies and procedures.
