Responsibilities

  • Communicating by email and telephone with clients and taking instructions
  • Creating and maintaining spread sheets containing client data and instructions
  • Undertaking document reviews and recording findings
  • Assisting with general litigation and case management and the day to day running of matters
  • In particular, working with the County Court system throughout the life of matters, and supporting the Firm’s recoveries function
  • Supporting the Restructuring and Insolvency Team on both contentious and non-contentious matters
  • Other ad hoc tasks required by the team
