What is the primary focus of the International Serious Injury Paralegal role?
The primary focus of the role is to assist in handling cases related to individuals injured in accidents or who have suffered illnesses while abroad, helping clients with holiday compensation claims and other personal injury claims.
What kind of cases will I be handling as a Paralegal?
You will be handling international work up to an individual case value of £100,000 and lower value Multi Track work related to various incidents such as road traffic accidents, food poisoning, and accidents at sea.
What qualifications do I need for this position?
Ideally, you should have some previous Paralegal experience, along with empathy, compassion, and a friendly, can-do approach.
