What type of clients does the Private Capital team work with?
The Private Capital team primarily works with high and ultra-high net worth clients who have complex financial arrangements.
Is prior experience required for this paralegal position?
While prior experience at the legal assistant or paralegal level is helpful, it is not essential. Full training and support will be provided as you develop your knowledge and experience.

What qualifications are preferred for this role?
Ideally, candidates will have graduated with a Law Degree or have a long-standing interest in working in a legal environment.
What tasks will the paralegal be responsible for?
The paralegal will assist the senior fee-earning team with drafting Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, liaising with HMRC and the Office of the Public Guardian, and organizing files, among other duties.
