Responsibilities

  • Provide document support and management in the course of real estate litigation including organising, collating reviewing and supplying court bundles
  • Liaising with courts
  • Attending client and other meetings and producing accurate notes of such meetings and activity lists
  • Ensure compliance with professional duties and the firm’s internal procedures
  • Active participation in business development initiatives
  • To demonstrate required knowledge and keep up to date with developments in the law
  • To assist in the billing process
  • Participate in firm wide and team specific training sessions
