Responsibilities

  • Working on complex high value cases including obtaining documents and medical and other evidence, instructing Counsel and assisting with other litigation tasks.
  • Working independently and as part of a team to deliver the best outcomes for our seriously injured clients.
  • Achieving time recording and fee income targets to ensure profitable working.
  • Working to deadlines and complying with directions / decisions made.
  • Reviewing records and compiling bundles.
  • Attending meetings and taking notes.
  • Keeping up to date with changes in relevant law and practice and attending appropriate training events to ensure up to date legal knowledge and best practice.
