The primary responsibilities include assisting a team of Conveyancers with part exchange acquisitions and resales, drafting and sending out part exchange paperwork, opening files, ordering searches and titles, dealing with post-completion formalities, raising invoices, and providing general administrative support to the conveyancing team.
