  • Demonstrable and proven Boutique Sales Assistant experience (Required)
  • Previous experience in a retail environment.
  • An awareness of the brand and its appeal to the market and be a brand ambassador
  • Be active and able to work on the shop floor for a majority of the day and be able to lift stock

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a positive, friendly experience by engaging the customer through conversation and service
  • Provide detailed product knowledge suited to the customer requirement
  • Focusing on customers and decrease prioritisation on other tasks during prime time selling hours
  • Provide a store experience that reflects exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to retain customer loyalty and build the reputation of the brand
  • Contribute to the store by being positive, respectful, and helpful to others
  • Uphold Company standards and act as a positive role model to peers
  • Work productively within the team and take initiative to work with others toward a common, collaborative goal
  • Assist in the training and development of peers
  • Assist in the timely and accurate completion of weekly tasks (i.e. markdowns, re-tickets)
  • Exhibit awareness of loss prevention guidelines and comply with all inventory control measures
  • Always adhere to Company Health & Safety regulations
  • Uphold and deliver store merchandising and cleanliness standards
  • Ensure that merchandise is ticketed and the sales floor is well stocked
  • Generate sales by assisting in merchandising and ensuring that we are visually presentable to customers
  • Maintain excellent visual merchandising standards in accordance with the season and VM guidelines
